The best thing to do is live with intention so that our lives are enriched. Sit, relax, and think about your intentions. Write them down. Make gratitude your highest-ranking intention.
Express or declare your gratitude daily. You can do this in one or more of the following ways: in your thoughts/in your head, vocally/aloud, and/or in a journal. Practice makes progress.
Soon, feeling and expressing gratitude will become second nature. You will quickly notice how many blessings have been bestowed upon you. Amazingly, this list of blessings and gratitudes will increase now that you are mindful.
It is important for us to be grateful for everything that we experience, whether it is good or challenging. For the latter, this situation provides an opportunity for us to grow and learn. Although it may be difficult, we still need to express our gratitude for this moment as well. This will help us look for the silver lining (a phrase used to find the positive or brightness in a gloomy situation) or a blessing in disguise.
When we practice gratitude, we are resonating positive thoughts, vibes, and energy flowing from within our mind, body, and soul out into this world. This will come full circle back to us when the universe sends us positive energy and beneficial situations. (This is also known as karma.) Remember, practice makes progress. Please start practicing gratitude today to enrich your life as well as the lives of others.
