How are you motivating yourself this Monday?
Will you meditate? Will you dance it out? Will you do yoga? Will you decide that you are happy to be given a new day to start fresh? Or, will you be sluggish and grumpy?
The choice is yours. :-)
Most, if not all, of us have numerous obstacles in our lives that have the ability to make us disappointed, sad, or maybe even depressed. Due to external factors that are completely out of our control, some of us have extremely difficult lives every.single.day.
We have to try to overcome or overlook at least some of these obstacles and be grateful for all of the blessings in our life, no matter how little these blessings are compared to the obstacles we need to surmount.
Even if we have more obstacles in our lives than blessings, it is in our best interest to be grateful for each and every blessing we have received. Our gratitude will lift our spirits and make the challenging moments more tolerable. Maybe our gratitude will even help us enjoy life's happy moments that we occasionally experience, no matter how fleeting.
