What will you do today to help someone? Will you open or hold a door? Smile and say hello? Will you make someone laugh and/or smile today? Show patience, love, and understanding? Will you help an elderly person in some way? Taking a moment to truly listen to someone can brighten a person's day. I'd love to hear your ideas!
What will you do for yourself today, even if it is just for one minute? Close your eyes and take a deep breath? Walk barefoot on the grass or dirt, or in the sand or water? Will you keep your eyes open and be present in the moment so that you will observe a butterfly, a hummingbird, or some type of animal? You deserve a moment to recharge and refresh!
