Starting a new chapter in your life? Define your goal(s). Think positive thoughts and then verbally affirm your goals as well as your abilities. When you state an affirmation daily--saying something as simple as "I can do this" or a different affirmation you create--it tells our mind that this is possible and it will come true. Always visualize the positive outcome. Lastly, enjoy the journey while working hard, being persistent, and concentrating on the positive aspects of your journey.
All of us can relate to a challenging time of life (sometimes called a season). Although it is understandably difficult for some people in dire circumstances, try to be positive even though your situation seems bleak. Remind yourself repeatedly that "this too, shall pass" because this mantra is so accurate and universally applicable. You do have the strength to continue on and make today a better day. President Theodore Roosevelt said "Do what you can, with what you have, where you are." This is a wonderful reminder for all of us when we are experiencing tribulations.
No matter which situation above applies to you currently, look at challenges and obstacles as opportunities for growth. Be gracious. Express your gratitude. Think positively, speak positively, and act positively. Soon, you will feel positive energy flowing within you and out into the universe. That same positivity will come back to you again, full circle...karma.
The law of attraction states like attracts like. If your intention is to have a positive life, you must emulate positivity. This will supply you with an abundance of positive people and situations in your life. Then, success will happen when preparation and opportunity meet. Remember, perseverance and persistence pay off--never give up!
