What plans do you have to make today Wellness Wednesday?
Will you eat healthy food for (at least) most of the day?
Will you try to get in at least 8,000 to 10,000 steps today?
Will you drink water for most of the day?
Will you take a minute to (look at and) smell the roses today?
Will you take a little time for meditation or yoga? Or, do you have only 30 seconds to practice deep breathing?
There are so many other little things you can do to make today Wellness Wednesday! Taking a moment for yourself (or with your loved ones) to make wellness a priority today is worth the investment of your time.
